SECURITY GUARD NOW ON DUTY AT CLUBHOUSE
For those of you who haven't heard as yet, we now have a security guard at the Springlake Clubhouse. This was necessary because of the vandalism occurring there. The guard comes at 10 P.M. every night and ensures that everyone leaves the area and the cars are out of the parking lot. He then puts the chain across the parking lot. Later he will return at random times to ensure no one has come back into the area. He has been doing this since January ‘07, and in that time we have had no vandalism.
UNIFORM "FOR SALE" SIGNS NOW MANDATORY
The Board of Directors has begun to enforce the Springlake rule regarding a uniform "For Sale" and "For Rent" sign. Those residents with "For Sale" or "For Rent" signs in their yards currently have been notified that they must replace their sign with the uniform sign no later than Sept. 1st. To order a uniform sign call Cindy of Benchmark Mgt. at 903-1684 and she will tell you who to contact to purchase the sign.
